bronze medal to silver metal

I am on a "remodeling binge" as Jordan has called it. One of our latest projects was redoing our living room fan. Unfortunately, I don't have the before picture. You will just have to take my word for it that the fan was dated, back to the 80's. So with a couple cans of spray paint and a perfectionist husband, we now have a really cool fan! I got started on the project, but then Jordan had to get involved when breaker boxes, wires, and screwdrivers got involved. Then he ended up helping with most of the painting. So I get credit for the idea and being crazy, he gets credit for making it happen. This was a fun project that makes our light fixture look great, but was super cheap! Check it out (not the best quality)...

dishwasher

Well owning the place you live unfortunately means you are responsible for taking care of it, and replacing the dishwasher when it goes out! Maybe we sometimes wish we were the renters that get to use the stuff, have someone else fix it, then move on. Good thing Jordan is a handyman to take care of it all.

Married Life

We've been married a month now! It is exciting and we love it. We enjoyed our honeymoon despite me getting sick then getting Jordan sick and being sick since. We can't keep our germs to ourselves I guess. We've settled in our new condo...well, almost. Life hasn't settled down much, but we hope it will soon. We love going to bed early and being pretty lame. It is fun. Now all the adventures begin!

Our wedding day was perfect. We are so happy so many people were able to enjoy it with us. Everything turned out perfect (minus it being the hottest day of the year) and we got so much help. We also had another great reception up in Oregon. Lots more people came to celebrate with us there after the honeymoon.

A week ago we went boating. Ben took us and it was a great time. Jordan went crazy on the tubes. We were so sore the day after. Who knew tubing could be so fun! Here is a great video of Jordan catching some air:
